Your orders are shipped with Deutsche Post or DHL.
The cost is calculated by weight and destination (Zones)
In case of special requirements like premium delivery, FEDEX pick up, DHL pickup, or delivery to islands please send us an eMail.
We provide service to customers in Germany, EU, Europe, Mediterranean area, Near East and Gulf Region. Individual countries are listed in the table below, respective at the country selector entry on the order form. If your country is not listed please also get in touch with us per eMail. Maybe an affiliate of the glorope network might be able to service you.
Packages
up to 1000grams are shipped in Germany with DHL. Shipments abroad up
to 1000grams are send with German Post. Package weights more than
1000 grams are delivered with DHL.
The shipping cost includes
shipping, mail registration, handling, box and value added tax (VAT).
With deliveries outside the EU zone additional custom duties and taxes might apply:
