- Q: Do you ship to my country?
A: gloEurope is prepared to serve customers in Europe, countries bordering the mediterranean sea and middle east countries. If your country is not listed, please send us an email and include the chosen products and quantities and please indicate the country you would like to ship to.
- Q: Can I pay in other currency?
A: Our prices are displayed and invoiced in EURO currency. We do not accept other currencies.
- Q: Do I have to pay the German VAT?
A: All prices and services are displayed and invoiced inclusive VAT according to the German law. VAT will be invoiced to all EC customers.This means intra community customers or customers living within the EC are also obliged to pay the VAT of the export country, in this case Germany. If you are a person or company with a valid VAT ID, please send us your VAT-ID. We are required to check the ID first. If the German system identifies the ID as valid, we will get in touch with you about the pricing and shipping options.
Customers with residence outside of the EC will receive a net invoice and a customs declaration included with the goods. Based on this data the customer might have to pay import tax or customs duty in the receiving to country.
